Hello everyone. Hope you all had a great Christmas. We have started receiving information for the 2012 season so we have made a couple of changes. When you click on Cruise Nights or Events you will get the pages for 2012. On these pages under jump to you will see either "2011 Cruise Nights or 2011 Events". If you click on these you will be directed to the 2011 pages. We hope that you will take advantage of this to see all of the pictures from the cruise nights that we went to in 2011. Also if you have information for your cruise available please send it to us so that we can post it.
The last event we covered for 2011 is The 38th Annual Daytona Street Rodder's Annual Turkey Run. 38 years ago a group started a car show for original cars only. Nothing modified would be allowed. A couple of guys from Daytona thought "if we can't attend we will start our own show". Their show now called The Turkey Run is held every year on Thanksgiving week-end. This year close to 10,000 cars filled Daytona International Speedway. 4859 Show Cars, 4900 in the car corral, 2500 Swap Meet venders and 125,000 spectators. Weather was great and we all had a great time. Joining us this year was Lenny and Elaine Willett and their '41 Chevy Coupe and Ken and MaryAnn Garland with their 63 Olds. We had a great time cruising around Central Florida checking out several attractions before the start of the Turkey Run.
